The new data center in Greater Munich is well prepared for the steadily increasing requirements because of racks getting more and more packed over the years. At corridors and server rooms, heavy duty raised access floors have been installed. The floors are able to carry single point loads up to 20.000 N. The possible maximum point load of the system is checked by our own testing facility and confirmed by third party with a certificate of conformity.

High load bearing and safety is also demanded for perforated steel panel areas. The installed system has a load capacity of 15.000 N acc. to EN 12825 at free airflow of 32%. At a pressure drop of 10 Pa, app. 1.400 m³ of cold air can be supplied to the server room per hour/panel.
