The Zugló City Center development in Budapest consists of a complex of seven office buildings and one residential building, complemented by a shopping mall. Each office building is supported by a multi-level underground garage, and the buildings are interconnected through a landscaped park that serves as a green public space. The office buildings are 8 level talls and equiped with the highest level of technical supplements and services.
The project received an “Excellent” rating in accordance with the BREEAM sustainability requirements.
