How does the application process work?

The application process starts with an online application via the career portal. After reviewing the documents received, there is an initial meeting, usually by telephone or virtually. This is followed by a personal interview on site, during which technical details are also discussed. Thanks to the short decision-making processes in the family-run company, you will receive prompt feedback.
