MERO Italiana realized the space frame structure (KK system) of the new Pala Armani in Milan (formerly PalaLido). 18 columns are arranged around the structure at its outer rim. The basketball/volleyball area with a total surface of almost 4,500 sqm, measuring 77 m x 63 m, will also be a venue for public events. The facade, with an average grid of 4.5 m x 4.5 m, has a cladding of transparent polycarbonate panels.
